NACHO MAMA’S: Got these nachos from my buddy Patrick (twitter) who got them from Nacho Mama’s (hey, there’s that clever use of the word “nacho” again).
He rated them a 7 out of 10 - which means its probably a pretty good ‘cho. According to Patrick, these nachos were “delightful on the top, had some queso on the bottom, chips to prevent the plate from getting too boring near the end, BUT it didn’t mention any chopped onions on the menu and it CAME WITH THEM”. As you can see from the capitalization, he really dislikes raw onions.
